Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using Karmology.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

Use License

Karmology.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Karmology.ai for:

  • Illegal Activities: Any use that violates local, state, national, or international law

  • Harassment: Sending abusive, threatening, or harassing messages

  • Spam: Uploading repetitive or unsolicited content

  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems

  • Malware: Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code

  • Commercial Use: Reselling, republishing, or using the app for commercial purposes without permission

  • Scraping: Automated extraction of data from the app without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

User Responsibility for AI-Generated Outputs

4.1 Accuracy and Limitations

Karmology.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate readings and insights. While we strive for quality outputs, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated insights may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations

  • Readings are based on interpretative and astrological analysis and should not be treated as factual or guaranteed outcomes

  • The app provides guidance and astrological and karmic analysis , not definitive predictions

4.2 Not Professional Advice

Karmology.ai is not a substitute for professional advice. Readings are for self satisfaction and personal guidance only. They are not:

  • Medical advice

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Mental health treatment or therapy

  • Professional consultation of any kind

If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

4.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on readings from Karmology.ai. We are not liable for:

  • Life decisions made based on AI insights

  • Financial losses or gains

  • Emotional distress

  • Any consequences of following or ignoring readings

Intellectual Property Rights

  • App Content: All content in Karmology.ai (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by Karmology.ai or licensed from third parties

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of personal data you provide (birth info, chat messages, etc.)

  • Usage Rights: You grant us the right to use your data to provide and improve the app

  • Copyright: You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute app content without permission

Subscription and Billing

  • 6.1 Premium Features

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and your device’s app store.

  • 6.2 Billing

  • Charges are applied to the payment method associated with your app store account

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

  • Cancellation can be managed through your device’s app store settings

  • 6.3 Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted through your device’s app store. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store provider.

Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Karmology.ai is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content

  • Specific results or outcomes

  • Compatibility with all devices

  • 7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmology.ai and its creators are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the app

  • Damages caused by third-party services

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the past 12 months.

Account Termination

  • 8.1 Our Right to Terminate

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service

  • Engage in illegal or harmful activity

  • Violate the Acceptable Use Policy

  • Fail to comply with payment obligations

  • 8.2 Your Right to Delete

  • You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings > Legal and Privacy > Delete My Account.

  • 8.3 Effects of Termination

  • Upon termination or deletion:

  • Your access to the app is revoked

  • Your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy

  • Subscription charges stop based on your app store billing cycle

  • Refunds are subject to app store policies

Indemnification

  • You agree to defend and indemnify Karmology.ai and its creators from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your use of the app

  • Content you provide

  • Violations of third-party rights

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes will be handled through appropriate legal processes in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

  • Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
